Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Can you merge data from a spreadsheet into an envelope template?

Microsoft Word Templates - Our Word templates DO ALLOW mail merge and include an already set up merge file. It's easy. Just follow the included step-by-step instructions.

Templett.com Templates - Data merge IS NOT AVAILABLE with Templett.com templates. You will have to type in each address separately if you purchase this template format.

We also offer offer mail merge service as an add on for any template. This service is $15 and should be purchased in addition your template of choice. See the Recipient Addressing listing in the ADD ONS section of our shop.

Can I change the font, color, size, etc. of the wording in the template?

Of course! Just highlight the text you wish to edit then click CTRL E (CMND E on a Mac). The Text Dialog box will open allowing you to change the font, color, size, etc.

Can I change the size of the envelope template?

No. All of my designs are formatted to fit A7 envelopes for 5x7 cards or invitations.
If you need another size you can purchase a Size Change in the ADD ONS section of my shop.

Why do I charge an additional fee for a size change?
It's not as simple as just changing the size. In order to accommodate a size change I have to make a completely new template. I charge $5 for this service.
