I have been a stay-at-home mom to my two daughters for the better part of 2 decades now. When the time came that they no longer needed me on a full time basis I decided it was time for me to start a new chapter, but what in the world would I do? I thought long and hard about what I truly loved to do. It just happened to be around Christmas time, and my dear sweet husband pointed out how much I loved designing our Christmas cards and more importantly, the envelopes! I got calls from my relatives and friends every year saying that I had outdone myself. So, I thought, what the heck...let's give this a try. Now, I run 3 successful Etsy shops and find myself busy from the time my girls leave for school in the morning 'til they return in the afternoon. And more importantly, I love what I do.
