Can I merge data using a spreadsheet?

Adobe doesn't offer a data merge option. (Which is ridiculous if you as me.) So you will have to type in each address separately. -OR- Alternatively, I can merge data using my design software so I offer this to my customers as an add on. The addressing cost is $15. You would send me your address spreadsheet via email. I merge everything for you and send you back a ready to print PDF with all the addresses on a separate page.

I love a template but don't like the font or font color. Can I change it?

YES! Just highlight the text you wish to edit then click CTRL E (CMND E on a Mac). The Text Editing window will open allowing you to change the font, color, size, etc.

* Files can only be edited in the latest version of Adobe Reader
* Files can only be downloaded on a computer. Files cannot be edited using a mobile device (i.e.: iPad or smart phone)
* Graphics and backgrounds cannot be edited
* Mac users will need to edit files in Adobe Reader and not Preview
* No Refunds are available on instant download items

You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to edit, save and print this envelope (Adobe Reader XI or higher). Most computers have Adobe Reader already installed on them. It is easy to download and it is FREE https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Printing can be done at home via your color inkjet or laser printer OR you can take the files to a print shop such as Kinko’s, Staples, Office Max, etc. **Check with your desired print shop as some printers will not print envelopes.

After you have placed your order and payment had been confirmed you should receive a download notification email from Etsy.
